Final Fantasy for PSP
To celebrate the Final Fantasy series’ 20th anniversary Square Enix will be re-releasing the first two Final Fantasy games, I and II on PSP. Yet again the first two Final Fantasy are going to be remade, but unlike the GBA versions they will be made as seperate games under the names of Final Fantasy Anniversary Edition and Final Fantasy II Anniversary Edition.
The two games will feature all of the dungeons and bonus features from Dawn of Souls, but they will also use the PSP’s spectacular graphically cabilities to add in the CG intro sequences that were included in the PlayStation remake. The monster bestiary will be returning but as well as that the game will feature art galleries from the art designer, Yoshitaka Amano.
Both remakes will see a release this year in Japan, twenty years after the original Final Fantasy was released for the Japanese Famicom system.
